ya missed the "S" SRF2604 hi power RF transistor, cant find a data sheet for it just sites that hint at one but dont have it.
Trying Motorola directly would be one way. Some devices labelled as such are manufacturered for specific customers to their particular requirements and datasheets are NOT available.
