Starting capacitor?

Hi....starting capasitor burnt on on cement mixer....cant find the exact same where i am........can i use one with a higher or lower number! As in the 14uf+15 class B........i can find 10 and 16uf.........will they be useable?.......thanks...

Go with 16uf although either should work.
Ensure they are motor start type
