I'm trying to build a steady hand game on a large scale for a school fare.
I want to have a buzzer and light continue to buzz and light up when the wire is touched.
I have made a circuit board up consisting of a thyristor but the reset doesn't always work and the buzzer and light continues to go on after being reset.
Has anyone got any idea how I could overcome this problem or have any suggestions on a different way to make the circuit board.
Thanks

First post your circuit diagram. A picture is worth at least a dozen posts. ;)

I bult one of them probably 40 years ago. Just a buzzer, though. I don't know if SCR's even existed then.

What's your intended power source?
