stroboscope

this is the oscillator section of the stroboscope am building. got the cct from net. the ic used here is 74hc390, but the figure has no pin numbers . there are 2 cp in the ic. cp0 and cp1
which one is which?

p.s if i use 74ls390..would tht make any difference?

Probably not, you can get the pin numbers from the datasheet which can be found from Google.
