sun up alarm problem and...

hello people i have made a sun up alarm but due to nonavailability of the 2n4403 transistor i used the 2n3906 one and a 270k resistore for the 300k one. because of that my alarm isn't loud enough any modifications except these devices.
also i am making an audio amplifier relay delay so any one has some applications for that?.
