Hi All,

I am new to PWM controller, I have question about supply current of UCC2895 PWM controller.

in datasheet page 3 state supply current 30mA and they also state Idd < 10mA(17V supply voltage). what is the difference between these two supply current? can anyone clearify this?

Thanks,
Nim

hi,
The 30mA is the absolute maximum current at 17V operating voltage.
The 10mA is when the Clamp is active.

Look at page 15 for the I/V curves
