switches configurating

i need to find the switching speed for the following four electrical switches. the rise time and fall time is given and also switching ON and OFF time is given. i need to know switching speed and also which of the switch works if RF as input and which switches works if DC as input supply. the data sheet is attached . please help in this regarding issue.[/ATTACH][/ATTACH][/ATTACH]

I cannot see your problem. You apply a drive signal to the control input: the datasheet tells you how long the chip takes to respond and once the switch has closed, how quickly the output ramps up. What more do you need to know?

As for the frequency response, look at the graph of insertion loss vs frequency. They all pass DC. how far up the RF band you go dictates how much loss you get...
