Ok so i have this project due for my ELT 206 class and it is to design a Synchronous Counter that counts 9-7-0-2-5 using J-K flip flops.

I have tried and tried again to get this right. I know how to do it, but it doesn't count right. It Counts 9-E(14)-0-4-A(10)

Can anyone tell me the right logic to make this counter? Or show me the error in My design? Here is my Design:

PLEASE HELP. Project is supposed to be done NEXT WEEK. I have spent HOURS upon HOURS trying to figure out what i'm doing wrong
