Just looking at the TDA2003 datasheet and to calculate Cx, it says 1/(2πB R1). So what's the B?

It is frequency response. See fig 15 page 6/10.

So, can you help me with my math? If Cx= 1/(2πBR1) does not B= 1/(2CxR1)? Using their values for Cx (39n) and R1 (220), what is the Frequency Response?

Typically you select B, it is the upper limit frequency response of you amp. Decide the highest frequency you wish your amp to pass, say 20,000 Hz, so that would be you B.
