audioguru Well-Known Member Most Helpful Member May 26, 2013 #2 The cheap Chinese kit is No Name Brand and it might not work. If you buy a kit from a reputable kit manufacturer then it is guaranteed to work. My first amplifier, FM tuner and oscilloscope were American kits that worked perfectly.
