TEA3718 is Needed

Respected Forum Members. I have a machine which have a couple of TEA3718 / 15Pin ICs for driving stepping motors. One of them is burned out. I have search a lot in my local country but did not find any. Is there any person who can send 2 Ics from USA or Europ through Ordanay postage?

The 15 pin tab version ( TEA3718SP ) for attaching to a heatsink is obsolete.

The only sources are such as ebay, and they tend to be pricey!

The price/performance ratio of FET bridge drivers >2A makes the BJT design 1.5A max obsolete but still useful for lower current apps.
