If the voltage on the therm/47K junction is about +7V then adjust the 47K variable so the wiper of the variable is about +7V. As you adjust the variable voltage from say +6V to +8v and back again, the output voltage of the comparator should switch, does this happen. If yes, what are the measured voltages on the comp output?
