Currently flash memory players have been up to 6GB, enough to accommodate about 192 hours to play the songs (about 2800 songs), but the market is the more common 512MB or 1G memory player. HDD MP3 player with 4GB of memory, small, large up to 60GB, which may occur in the future, larger capacity. Collection of songs more, use 60GB of MP3 can also pretend to be the next. To consider when you buy MP3 price, but even more to consider their real needs. Generally speaking, as far as possible in their own budget to buy larger-capacity player, but if you only need to store 1000 songs, it really is no need to spend more money on 40GB player.

If you want to jog in the fitness, or the time to listen to music with the player, then you can sport a number of choices a player. These small players typically use flash memory, in the rock will not be interrupted when you play, unlike the hard disk player (Nano 5th Generation)did not stand up to shake. In addition, the sports Cheap shuffle mp3 players usually has some very convenient features such as stopwatch, speed tables and Ranging tables, and even can be waterproof, to avoid being soaked in sweat or rain. They are small, light weight, usually comes with belt clip or arm can be fixed in the clothing or body to carry.

Many people will use the additional storage space to pack in more songs, but music fans who are using these spaces to improve the quality of music. A higher bit rate MP3 files take up more memory space, but the excellent sound quality and more. Many digital audio players can play the full range of uncompressed WAV files, provide you with a true CD quality. A 60GB player can hold about 84 of uncompressed WAV format for CD.

The amount of memory on some MP3 players is way overkill.

Perhaps one day you'll be able to get an MP3 player with all music ever recorded and pay a monthly fee to put new releases and albums on?
