Hi every1...

I have to design a mini project (Thyrisdtor Power Controller)....

Any help related to this r most welcome!

Also i will simulate it in Pspice b4 designing... So also tell me how to simulate it in Pspice or Post any links for good Simple Tutorial for Pspice!

Whilst we enjoy helping people; in order to help you we need to know how far you've progressed. Please post what you've already done, including any ideas you've had. If you need help that your lecturer should have provided, please tell us (and your lecturer) what you found was lacking. It is not right if you manage to attain a high grade from the help we have provided if your lecturer is negligent; it will make them appear to be better than they really are and put you at an unfair advantage to your classmates.

I will tell some info n wat i planned....

I am planning to use BT137... in series with Bulb and Snubber ckt in parallel to triac!
I am going to trigger the gate using parallel port! so i need any driver ckt to interconnect port and Gate of TRIAC??? In driver ckt a Transistor alone is enough??

Any BASICS links/tutorials how to design POER ELECTRONIC CKT also welcome!
