exactly what i am reaserching TCM at the mo the normal way is to use this kids toys that have a sillicon sleave and contain water (i cant describe them accurately), the main problem is water is different from albumen and albumen changes dureing incubation, plus by the time the egg core has moved a fraction of a degree the outer albumen has had it.
