TL866II device selection for PALCE22V10H-15 ?

I have a Xgecu TL866II+ programmer and am trying to use some Lattice PALCE22V10H-15 devices. I have a datasheet for this part, and understand the H means "half power".

I'm wondering which Lattice device in the selection menu would be best - I see it has GAL22V10, and -B, -C, -D.

Xegecu says the TL866II can not program the PALCE devices.
