I found a 3M MicroTouch touch screen. The label says:
"Microtouch
10641
Order #800144
B012PE019"

It has four wires and I believe it is a resistive model (just what I've been told, I don't actually know what that means...)

I would like to be able to use this, I have an Arduino with analog and digital inputs... does anyone know how to work this? Thanks

Try google, and Wikipedia, or searching the forums here, the information is already easily available.

I'm not sure what to search, I've tried "3M touch screen datasheet", "MicroTouch datasheet", I've tried typing in the model number, but all I get is for premade LCD monitors with touch features built in...

You need to learn how to search.
Try resistive touch screen.
