Transform dimmer switch to plain on/off switch

Hi All,

I have a lot of 433 Mhz dimmer switches for halogen lamps which became obsolete after changing to led lamps. Now I would like to alter the dimmer switch to a simple on/off switch for general use. When you activate the on key now twice with a remote, the switch starts dimming until you push on again. I would like to remove, or short cut circuits to get rid of the dimmer functionality on hardware level. Please find below pictures of front and backside of the print.
Any ideas?

I would imagine it's all in an IC, either a custom chip, or a microcontroller.

I think your best option is to press the on before it dimms.
