I looking to identify this T220 package - J13009-2 also onit-h10 and F manufacture. It is on the power side (4off) of int. battey charger by POWERSAVER. Any help would appceated. Tried Jaycar semicon list to,Thanks Rog.
Have enterd the correct part no. in Google and had hits sorry.
