I need one schematic to trigger scrs, the IC 555 can do that but less efficiency, I think I need two more 7667s, but dont know how to do it...ot anything else.Please help me out. thank you

what is topology?

How much gate drive current do you need?

What color are they? :lol:

Please provide some more information.

Can you change to MOSFETS and use pre-packaged gate driver IC's?
