F fastline Member Feb 2, 2015 #3 It was my understanding sensors would normally have the electrode and possibly a preamp built in? As just a point of asking, is there any other methods to be considered to get even a less accurate ph measurement? The reason I request a bare sensor is we must install it in a special protective housing.
