Trying to identify a LED driver, SUPER CHIP SC34063LS ED4JQR.1

Hi all, I am trying to identify the IC inside a 3W LED bulb from eBay, it has the following markings on the IC 'SUPER CHIP SC34063LS ED4JQR.1'

Can't seem to find much through google. I'm hoping I can control the dimming?
 
Google MC34063. That is a very common pwm regulator IC. The SC is probably just a certain mfgrs prefix.
