hello sir good day!!

i just want to ask how i can get the rpm in anemometer.. do i need to tap or create and tachometer to determine the rpm of the anemometer?
because anemometer deal in wind speed.. or do they have formula to convert the wind speed to rpm?
I'm still looking to find a solution to this problem..
