hi,
Mechanical resistive strain gauge bridges usually rated in mVolt outputs.

eg: a 30Kg cell at 10Vdc would give 10mV [ with a 30Kg load applied] ie 1mV/V of excitation.

Semiconductor strain gauges can be in the 100mV/Volt region

Is this what you are asking.?
