Does anyone know the specifications for the Ultra micro P-51, UM T-28 motor by parkzone? I can't seem to find them anywhere

You will not find out who made the cheap motors and will not find any spec's for them. They were probably originally designed to open and close the tray for a CD or DVD.

Simply buy one for about $10.00 and test it yourself. My first UM P-51 motor lasted about 1 hour. Its replacement motor has lasted about 100 hours and still works perfectly. The brushes wear out after a few hundred hours.
In the UM airplanes the motors drive gears so a bigger (more thrust) propeller is used. You can buy the motor with a gearbox for $13.50.
