This PCB is the size of a credit card (actually smaller) and uses ICProg to program the PICs. The 6 pins are from left to right:
RB6, RB7, VDD, MCLR, VSS, N/C
This programmer runs off a 5vdc voltage and there is an onboard LM317T vreg to allow upto a 24vdc input (use heatsink). The two switches are for a) on/off b) program/comport
It is best to fit this into a breadboard and build your circuit around the PIC or this is great for bulk programming. It is advisable to connect a decoupling 0.1uF cap very close to the PIC on the breadboard.
