Hi,
Does anybody know what this is? It was found lying loose behind a panel in the car. I have checked and it is not an OEM part from the car. There are no connectors for it to connect to.
There are two part/ref. numbers on it, FA031565 on the top, and FA131338 on the bottom.

it seems to be an audio amplifier module, open the aluminium casing carefully and post the part number of the IC behind.

Yes, it's an audio amplifier - the case doubles as a heatsink so don't operate it without them.
