how can i enable USART interrupt.
i want to read keyboard , and when serial data recieved , the program jump to
serin instruction.

I suggest you ask in a PICBASIC forum, it's a PICBASIC question and not a PIC one?, but essentially it's a question of setting up the USART, enabling interrupts for the USART, and writing a suitable interrupt routine. How you do it in PICBASIC (assuming you even can?) is completely dependent on your particular compiler.
