im trying to build a USB powered headphone amp that has the ability of mixing two individual audio signals..
i was wondering if any of these two boards would work for audio amplification
https://www.amazon.com/PAM8403-Digi...id=1362965440&sr=8-7&keywords=amplifier+board
https://www.amazon.com/sunkee-Digit...d=1362965518&sr=8-45&keywords=amplifier+board
the idea is to place one of these into a project box with a USB cable for power... or a 5v power adapter, amplify an incoming audio signal (via 3.5mm jack) and send the amplified audio to a 3.5mm female jack
i would like to add volume control for the main source, and volume control for a second source of audio that will be mixed in after amplification of the main source as well as a gain control for a microphone
the goal of this is to create a USB powered audio amplifier and chat mixer box in one, so a PC headset can be plugged into two 3.5mm jacks on one side, the headset audio/microphone can be plugged into the box as well so chat and game volume can be mixed independantly,
and out of this box will be a USB cable for powder, a 3.5mm cable for the source of the game volume, and a 3.5mm cable which will send the microphone signal to another source
essentially what im trying to do is replicate the chat mixer/amplifier that is equipped on xbox 360 gaming headsets such as the turtle beach wires headsets with the ability to use any PC headset
any ideas?
