Are there any good or bad effect if I replace condensor mic with dynamic (speaker type) mic? Without modify anything (without removing load resistor for condensor mic).
Try it see what happens, you need to put a capacitor say 1uF in series with the dynamic insert as electret's have a dc supply.
The impedance will be different than an electret, it depends on the amp circuit, unless its an exotic mixing desk it'll probably work fine.
An electret mic is very different to a condenser mic. The electret material is permanently charged with the 48V high voltage that a condenser mic needs externally.
The electret mic has a Jfet impedance converter inside that needs 0.5mA at a fairly low voltage.
An electret mic has a wide and flat frequency response. A cheap one and an expensive one sound almost the same.
An expensive dynamic mic attenuates low bass frequencies, has a peak in the mid-highs and attenuates some high audio frequencies. A cheap one has no bass and no treble and might produce distortion.
A dynamic mic MUST NOT have DC current through it.

A dynamic mic is used for vocals because some people like the mid-treble peak in the response and the attenuated low and high audio frequencies. Also they are fairly strong and might not be damaged if dropped.
Pro audio systems can use 48v 'phantom power', however you can power an electret mic insert from a 1.5v battery, 9v battery pretty much any battery, you just need a series resistor and a dc blocking cap.
