Both UWB & Spread Spectrum are using in wider bandwidth communication.
What is the difference between two ?

If we increase the Bandwidth, then power level will be too small. Then there is a probability to interpret the received signals as noise or affecting the transmitted signals by channel noise. How we can get rid of this problem ?

Increasing bandwidth for spread spectrum doesn't decrease power. It decreases power distribution in the frequencies but total power is still the same.

Hey,
I'm not familiar with UWB, but with spread spectrum.

Spread-spectrum technology codes the input signal with orthogonal codes, and therefore allows many users to use the same RF spectrum (bandwidth) at the same time.

UMTS (WCDMA) uses spread-spectrum technique.
