I have igbt and diode data sheet used for inverter and rectifier circuit design.

i need simulate inverter in ltspice using the voltage controlled switch component.

How obtain to these values from the igbt/diode data sheet

datasheet is attached here

I used to work on pwm 3 phase inverters up to 13,000 hp, and used to mess around with multisim making inverters for fun in different configurations and components just see if i could make them to simulate and had pretty good luck usually.
Try multisim and use a fet for the base and drive a darlington.
The student version is plenty good enough for most projects rather than the expensive version.
I just checked and multisim does have an igbt in it, and you can edit parameters.
