Varicap diode.

i need to know that,Is there any way to know the capacitance of an unmarked varicap diode?

If depends on the reverse bias voltage.

Build an LC oscillator using a normal ceramic capacitor. Replace the ceramic capacitor with the varicap biased at a known voltage and calculate the capacitance. You might want to compare it to two different value ceramic capacitors to improve the reliability of the results.
