The M means operating to high temp =125'C
Other suffixes mean different specs like high surge.
So you must specify why you need it.

Do Telefunken still make TV's?, as far as I'm aware they ceased many years ago - so presumably it's just a cheap import with a badge stuck on it. If you can identify the actual set, you 'may' be able to source a replacement via that route?.

First off, does it have a country of manufacture on the back?.

I searched for 600 to 680V 90-120J devices that have a lead spacing of 10 or 12 mm. You want 10 but the 12 will work with some effort.
I am not 100% on these. It shows how to use a search engine.
