Hello to all,

I´m repairing a Victron Energy 24V / 50A battery charger, in fact I repaired it already before and when they connect it to a new block of batteries the unit damaged again.
On the first repair I replaced the NTC, 12A fuse and bridge diode at Vac input side, then two switching Mosfet for primary transformer. After that I tested the unit without load and I got clean 28Vdc at outputs.

This second time I found again both Mosfet and input fuse burnt. After replacing them I have only 5Vdc output with no load connected. It seems everything works but with low output voltage. After power factor correction section I get 374-380Vdc but I would say that value is correct. I tested output diodes and all of them seem to be OK. Any idea why I´m getting 5Vdc instead of 28Vdc? As PWM controllers I have UC2843 (PFC), UC3845. I haven´t schematics.
