I'm looking for a schematic of a circuit to convert video signals from RCA or S-Video to fibre optic and then transmit it over a distance of about 25 metres through the fibre optic cable, and then convert it back to RCA or S-Video. If there is a circuit that converts it to RGB on both sides, that will also be excellent!
