Hi all,

I've got quick question.

A voltage comparator compares an input voltage with a ref voltage and if higher than the ref voltage, the outup will go high, right?

Can I use the same principle but instead of the the output going HIGH I would want it to go LOW. So the output should go from HIGH to LOW when the input voltage exceeds the ref voltage.

I'm using the LM393 IC

Thanks

Absolutely, **broken link removed** Matter of the reference being switched with the input on the inverting and non inverting inputs.
