hi all
i have a project , and i want to know if there was any to implement wavelet transform to compress the ECG signal of the heart .
if ther is any one know plz help me.

there is an algorithm called lifting scheme, which does in-place simple mathematical calculations such as addition and subtraction to get the transform cofficients.
