What a mAv?

I'm looking at a product that says this:
# Input voltage of inverter: 12v
# Output voltage of inverter: 680v
# Current draw: 5.0mAv

My best guess is 5.0mA per volt? So... 60.0mA? Maybe? Or maybe 5.0mA * 680v? I'm new to all this

Weird. WHat's the power rating of the inverter?
