If anyone could please tell me what the following codes mean it would be great, what they stand for

CMOS logic

PMOS

NMOS

TTL or LSTTL

kind of stuck on these.

So if anyone can help would be great

CMOS means Complementary metal oxide semiconductor

PMOS means p-channel MOSFET

NMOS means n-channel MOSFET

and if u r wondering what MOSFET means well

MOSFET means Metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor

TTL means Transistor-Transistor Logic

LSTTL means Low power shottkey transistor-transistor logic

and one thing more CMOS is the combination of PMOS and NMOS. both of them are opposite (in the context of their structure) and complement each other
