Sensor Impedance of 100Ω to 10KΩ. What does this statement mean? 100Ω to 10KΩ, is that resistance. By sensor I mean, Thermistor.

Thanks.

It's the representative resistance of the thermistor. The thermistor's resistance will change with temperature and that's how you use it.

sensor impedance

The sensor resistance has a range from 100Ω-10KΩ. Thermistors can have either a positive or negative temperature coefficient. A positive tc indicates that the resistance increase with an increase in temperature.
