What is component (ZXD E91) on the monitor board of Samsung LS24E65UPL

Hi,
I have located a component on the monitor board SE650PCB (see picture) that causes the monitor to reset with a certain (high) temperature. The component is called ZXD E91, but I cannot find anywhere what this is for component.

Does anybody have the schematics of this PCB and can tell me what kind of component it is and what component I can use to replace it?

Monitor: LS24E65UPL/EN
PCB: SE650PCB

I think it is a voltage regulator. Makes the 1.2V supply. There are many capacitors near IC602.
The parts below look like a PWM power supply making 5V.
I could be wrong.
