There is no such thing as 1 - 40 Hz microwaves.
Microwaves occupy the frequencies between 300 MHz (0.3 GHz) and 300 GHz - Not 1 - 40 Hz.

What is that thing in the photo anyway? Looks like a PC power supply, big coil and who knows what in the red & blue all wrapped up in a big KFC bucket.

I like the use of tubing for tie-downs.

You know you don't have to be a mind control victim to want to block or detect these frequencies.
