Im using for LED lights RGB which at a tad power hungry (around 7amp). Ill also be running about 8m from a car battery that gets charged from a solar panel in the day
That wire is equivalent to 16AWG size wire, which is good to 22A maximum.
It has a resistance of 13.6mΩ/m so the total round trip resistance for an 8 meter length is 0.218Ω.
The wire voltage drop for 7A is thus 1.5V with a consequent power loss of 10.7W.
You may want to consider a larger wire gauge cable.
If it was for wiring inside a wall, it would be good for up to 10A. If yours is in free air, it should be able to do 16A without overheating and melting the insulation.
However as Crutschow pointed out, the voltage drop will be what ultimately limits its usability, as you won´t be able to pull as much current as you expected.
