We're finding it hard to get good applicants for a London-based role that covers telecoms (HF, VHF, Thuraya, BGAB, VSAT etc), electrical generation (3-phase generators, solar generation) and vehicle fleet management (4x4s) for a disaster relief agency. Can you advise where we should advertise to find someone with these broad skills who can travel to tough places and apply practical skills as well as theoretical knowledge? Thanks Tony
