Guess it depends on what you mean by "detecting". NE567 can give you a logic output when it detects a particular frequency. If you need an analog representation it's a whole different ballgame.
You need an audio frequencies Spectrum Analyser. On my pc the Microsoft Media Player has one with many vertical bars for the frequencies, but they aren't calibrated with their frequencies.
Maybe you can find a FFT program for your pc to show the frequencies.
