which one is similar diode to BAT41 ???????

A BAT41 diode is available everywhere. Why not buy one?
Why don't you look at its datasheet?
Then look at the datasheet of a Schottky diode the same size.

because local shop can't find this diod, they gave to me BTA41, its not a correct one, therefore i want similar diode, thanks for reply...

A BTA41 is a 40A triac, by the way.

boncuk did you remember ie receiver circuit, you did use bat40 diode for pass the ir sigal, what can i use another similar one for instead that.. Thank you for replied....
