I don't know what you are trying to do.
Normally you cut the "hot" wire not the ground wire. Put one end of the wire in the top of the breaker and the other end in the bottom end of the breaker. It looks like there are screws that open up a place to insert the wires. Then the screws tighten down on the wire.
is it possible to connect 3 appliances to one circuit breaker(assuming 7 amps in total) or how to connect the 12- 0-12 transfomer in that kind of breaker?
