2 to 4 converter IC?

Hi group,

I need an IC or circuit that will take two pins input and make a 4 state output.
Something like this:

OK I found the 74139 but it outputs lows and not highs.
I called it the wrong thing, should have called it a decoder or demultiplexer.

You could use a CD4052 (or it's 74 version)

Thanks Bill. My local store does not stock CD4052s but does have the CD4051s, which will work also.

it is called a decoder and you can find them in any logic familly and at almost any source.
