Hi!

I want your opinion about this item I found on ebay (for~25GPB (buy-it-now)) or even less:
**broken link removed**
ebay link
Scroll down and see specs:
Capacitance measuring range: 0.01pF-10uF, Minimum resolution: 0.01pF!
Large capacitance measuring range: 1uF-100mF, Minimum resolution: 0.01uF;
Inductance Range: 0.001uH-100mH, Minimum resolution: 0.001uH!
Large inductance measurement range: 0.001mH-100H (yes, hundred H), Minimum resolution: 0.001mH;
And, what's VERY interesting - all that with "Measurement Accuracy: 1%" !?
Is it possible (even if it costs 200 GBP)?
I don't not think so, but I am not an expert. I would be happy with 5% or a little more!
But, 1%? Too good to be true?

TIA!

Looks suspicious.
Ask seller to picture the opposite site with the same resolution.
There is a photo - second to last (scroll down (click on "ebay link")!
Why do you think it looks suspicious?

Well, it's cheap and it's from Hong Kong. What recourse do you have if it doesn't work as advertised? How are you going to know if it doesn't work as advertised -- do you have appropriate standards? You pays your money and you takes your chances.

I am aware of the risks, of course! I found THIS PDF with better description; accuracy isn't fixed 1% but is, depending on range, 1-5%. Furthermore I found a small review on some forum (scroll down to the las post!):

I really don't know what to do (I really need wide range, accurate enough LC-meter - for little money of course, I'm on a budget!)...
